Hi,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is REDACTED, and I purchased several bottles of Canxida in 2021. Upon checking my supplies recently, I noticed that I still have two unopened bottles that have, unfortunately, expired.

While I understand that it is my responsibility to consume products before their expiration dates, I am reaching out to see if there is any possibility of a refund or store credit for these unused bottles. I value your products and genuinely had the intention to use them, but unforeseen circumstances prevented me from doing so.

I understand and respect any company policies that might be in place regarding refunds for expired products. However, I thought it would be worth reaching out to see if there might be any exceptions or potential solutions for situations like mine.

Our Response

Upon receiving the heartfelt request, we immediately contacted our payment processor. However, they informed us that due to the extended period since the order, they couldn’t facilitate a refund.

But at CanXida, we are not ones to back down from a challenge. We explored alternative solutions. One of the ideas was to find someone local to the customer who could transfer the same amount to him. We considered hiring a helper via Upwork to facilitate this.

However, recognizing the convenience and immediacy of digital solutions, we proposed another option: offering the customer a gift card of the equivalent amount. We were delighted when the customer graciously accepted this offer, solving the issue seamlessly.
